Remi, our resident with a flair for the unexpected! When she invited us to go kiting, we thought we’d be struggling with a kite in a park. But no, she plans to take us on an adrenaline-packed kiteboarding ocean adventure, riding waves like a pro. Who knew we’d need wetsuits for a kite outing? Remi’s constant commuting to Squamish for wave-chasing, her Formula 1 obsession, and her experience flying planes makes her passion for transport medicine no surprise. Need to get somewhere fast and safely? Remi’s got you covered, on land, sea, or in the air.

When she’s not catching the wind in Squamish or using her masters in business to whip up elaborate spreadsheets to plan our retreat to Tofino, you’ll find her grooving to Australian surfer rock tunes. Don’t be surprised if you hear her casually say “Naur babes” instead of “No.”

Remi’s medical journey began in Kelowna, where she found a passion for community emergency medicine, as well as wake surfing in her downtime. Trust her to find water sports wherever she goes. With her dedication to patient-centred care and quality improvement, Remi will keep you in good hands, even if she daydreams about waves crashing in the background.
